TBA Basketball is a local youth basketball league serving Framingham and the surrounding area. We have a strong reputation and are well known for being one of the area’s most respected leagues. At TBA we promote the principles of participation, sportsmanship, and the development of good character.

What personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?
If you are registering to participate in TBA Basketball, either as a player or as a coach, we may collect information via third party sites including (but not limited to) name, address, date of birth, and social security number. The information is used to verify the credentials of registrants or to conduct a standard CORI background check. It is only accessible by authorized TBA officials, is held in strict confidence, and is not shared with any parties outside of TBA Basketball.
How does TBA protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. When you submit a player registration, we use a secure server and all information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. When a form is filled out manually, this is viewed and accessed only by league officials who are trained in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Offline content
This privacy policy applies to both information collected through our website and also information that may be collected offline such as in face to face inteviews, forms that are filled out in person, and other verbal discussions. Only authorized TBA employees have access to personally identificable information.
